The Four Seasons staff were attentive during every interaction during our six day stay. From check in until we departed, The staff was friendly and happy to help with every request.The housekeeping staff were awesome! There wasn’t a single negative experience during our stay. What Sheila Barbas doesn't like about Four Seasons Boston:
I loved the old Four seasons and it's a shame it's been taken over and changed. I thought I would be wow..d by the entrance but we weren't.Then we were told only guests of the hotel could have a drink until a very nice hostess let us go into the bar area and get a drink as they had no business on a Saturday night).All in all...it was an ok experience.I probably won't return as there are many many other hotels and bar...
