What Chris A likes about Toms Place Resort:
I first visited Tom's Place in 1957. Grandpa took me there and we got to fish Rock Creek in the afternoons. I got my first German Shepard there, (German Brown Trout). I was so excited, when I set the hook I launched my trout in the tree above me. It was a 10 inch-er. The Cafe was my favorite, the waitresses were fantastic in 1957-1962 and they still are today. The older gentleman in the tackle shop was awesome! 5 STARS TO HIM!!! I've come up to the area most of the time in September. Last was in October 2019.As for the waitress behind the counter was nice but knowledge and info of rock creek was NOT good. I've been to Tom's place many times over the past 30 yrs. The feeling/atmosphere has changed enough to notice. View all feedback.
We stop in every couple years when we are out this way visiting family. The beer is always cold and the food and service is always great!Food: 5/5
