Mcdonald's - Feedback

What J Matt Switzer likes about Mcdonald's:
This McDonalds was torn down and rebuilt last year. Have not been inside. I drive through occasionally for breakfast on my way to work. Food is typical McDonalds. The drive through staff have been very friendly and pleasant. View all feedback. What CM Montes doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
1st I ordered on the app to as it says receive my order quicker after being asked to move up to wait on my order, I was completely forgot about. Waited 17 mins and went inside to see what the hold up was, just to be told my order was completely forgot from the manager who couldn 't keep up with what was happening in his kitchen because he was stuck on fries. 5 minutes later handed my order and still missing 3 items! After a total of 27 minutes I had my order. This location is the worst at forgetting items and in this case about a WHOLE vehicle waiting for their order which we could clearly be seen from the window. Worst experience EVER! not even acknowledged by the manager because he was in a rush to get back to the fries.
