My friends and I went into cold stone and it took a good 35 minutes to get icecream. Workers were standing around with a long line of people waiting to pay and for their icecream. I waited for my shake and watched it sit for 25 minutes in the machine before anybody noticed it was in there then proceeded to still make it wrong. Won’t be back.
