"Half price sushi Saturday! I'm so happy we stumbled across this place in the pass. They do Indian, Japanese, and Thai, and allow for a bit of crossover in their creative sushi rolls. We had some that involved sweet chilli and curry mayo, not to mention some AB/BC influence in the Crowsnest roll which included steak and BBQ sauce. Not my favourite, but so much flavour! They've got a great selection of 650ml Fernie Brewery beers too. At $14 a piece, they're definitely on the pricey side, but after a day of mountain biking, a good, not to mention large craft beer and a metric tonne of sushi is exactly what my body is demanding. While I admit the half priced sushi definitely played into my enjoyment of all of them, I do think they were quite remarkable for a tiny mountain town. Crowsnest Pass isn't exactly synonymous with sushi. While surely Vancouverites would eat this place alive, I'd have to say that this is pretty damn great for us prairie and mountain folk. I ordered some salmon sashimi, but I'm not sure I would again. The fish was very clean tasting, however it was quite thin cut and lacking in flavour and softness. That said, I just ate sake in the middle of the mountains and survived."

"The food and atmosphere is worth the 9 hour drive to get there. A great place to go after a long day of quadding the trails."
