the food was not bad, but what I saw later is waitress, the foods treated with hands that were touched everywhere and no gloves on the way around with food. all the care that they do not take health and safety precautions, as the finger touched food when the personal food brought.Also our food, especially rice, became quite quickly cold. "I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. I ordered online and was given a collection time of 6pm. I was there to collect at 6pm and had to wait half an hour for the food. I understand that if it’s busy then food can take longer but they had my phone number and email so they could have told me. They weren’t apologetic and if anything, they seemed surprised that I was unhappy. Foolishly I didn’t ask them to check the order before I left. I got home to discover that one of the items ordered was missing and the samosas were meat instead of veg. It was actually the worst takeaway experience I’ve ever had."
