Contribute Feedback What Annabel Lind likes about Dairy Queen:
This restaurant is consistently not very busy. There is always a young man working there, and I have been there some nights when the line is out the door and he is the only one working. I have to give him credit, it's not the most glamorous job but he remains professional. This is where we go for ice cream when we're not in the mood for tea, because Crozet Creamery is quite expensive. Thank you for making our Blizzar... View all feedback.
What Franco Boehm doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
this place is chronically underoccupied. there is a young guy who always works and frankly I have been there some nights and the line is out of the door and he is the only one there. I have to hand it over to him, this is not exactly the most glamorous job and he keeps it professional. that is where we go for our ice when we don't go to teaser because the sky knows that Crozet-Cremeerie costs a poor and a bit. thank... It took 20 mins for the lone worker to take my order due to the fact she was working making food for mobile orders and whatever, manager was playing slot machine. Got to give a shout out to Barbara for THE EXCELLENT customer service for greeting me,apologies for how long it was taking, taking my order and cooking a great breakfast and doing this ALL BY HERSELF with a smileon her face!
The issue started when we ordered online through the DQ website. after we paid for our meals, we received an email with the receipt, and $2 was added to the final amount. when we confronted about the price change, the worker there said that the pricewas correct and that the burger we ordered was 2 extra dollars, a different price than the one on the website. the secondissue occurred after we got our meals. the burgers were fine, but the chicken strip basket had a lot of problems. they gave usfries instead of the onion rings we had ordered after we had paid $0.69 more to get rings instead of fries. The dipping sauce weordered was not ranch, but gravy, which wasn 't a big deal, but it shows how careless this location is when handling orders. notthe best.
I purchased $5.00 worth of lottery tickets and a strawberry cheesecake Blizzard at the restaurant. The Blizzard was delicious and I was overjoyed to find out that I had won $5.00! I am forever thankful.
The issues began when we placed an online order through the DQ website. After paying for our meals, we received an email confirming our order, but noticed that an extra $2 had been added. When we questioned the price discrepancy, the worker insisted that the price was correct and that the burger we ordered actually cost $2 more than the listed price on the website. The problems continued after receiving our meals - while the burgers were good, the chicken strip basket had several issues. We were given french fries instead of the onion rings that we had paid an extra $0.69 for. Additionally, the dipping sauce we ordered was supposed to be ranch but turned out to be gravy. These mistakes reflect poorly on the restaurant's attention to detail and overall customer service. Not the best experience.
Decent Dairy Queen with room for improvement. Every visit has shown signs of progress. It seems like they may have new management.
