I love their pretzels. I received a very hard pretzel which was left under heat lamp too long. This trip I order their special, buy 3 get 1 free. Watch your receipt I was charged for 4 pretzels. Instead of getting my refund they insist I just take a 5th pretzel. Not Happy . View all feedback.

Auntie Anne's produces some of the most delicious intense smells in the world. They draw people from near and far to consume these delicious treats. Unfortunately , they're not the best thing for you and if you're counting calories don't go in anywhere near there. I like to have their pretzels every so often but they are absolutely delicious View all feedback.
Pretzels are always good, but customer service is terrible!! The woman had all the time waiting for me. In any case won? not back!!
Employees who took my job had an attitude before I even went on. You can say she didn't want to be there. I don't want to return to this place.
