we visited this place with my family. it wasn't busy at all, but we went in and the girl behind the ice cream didn't even look irritated that we didn't say a word or even smile a friendly welcoming mood on all snowkonus machine looked like it needed to cleansed black things around her and ice cream are anyway. that's my second time I have a bad experience here.
