The staff is not professional at all, nor do they look at what you leave on the plate. First I had asparagus with ham, they put lettuce on the plate and bathed it with vinegar, the result being that the ham was inedible. I left the lettuce intact and they put it back on the second plate, some Andalusian-style squid once again bathed in vinegar!!!!
