What Neoma Oberbrunner doesn't like about Biwon:
Staff was very attentive and provided exceptional service. However the owners were extremely rude did not greet guest or provide a comfortable atmosphere. At times they ignored questions or sat to the side surveying us. Considering we had a table of 7 with a large bill I would think they would’ve been a lot more friendlier.
