What User likes about Dulcinea:
the restaurant is located at the entrance of the charming pasaje polanco. I sat outside, which gave me the opportunity to observe the Sunday crowds. the menu was all Spanish, but an English speaking wait or helped me to order and checked my cold tolerance. the result was a classic Mexican egg and buzzing dish, a great joy of wine and a pleasantly low bill. all in a worm worth a try. What User doesn't like about Dulcinea:
Awful awful experience. Despite being the only table in the place we had to wait 45 min for our food. To top it all up this arrived cold. Food was just not good. For some reason the egg benedict came with some chunky fried potatoes...?! When ordering I asked if I could change the ham for salmon and make this egg royale which was fine. When the bill came I expected to pay extra for the salmon of course what I did not... View all feedback.
