"We when there for lunch and everything was fine except my steak was not fully cooked. I did not eat it and with limited Spanish did not try to get it cooked more since we were leaving for the airport after lunch. The part that...I ate was good and my wife’s was good. I would have given this a very good rating if the steak was properly cooked. Upstairs on the corner of Uruguay and 5 de Februaro. They have a full bar and the prices are inexpensive."
