eating is delicious and very well presented. we had the taste menu, which is 5 desperate dishes and dessert. all offered courses were great, by far and away the best vegan food I have eaten so far in Cuenca. the price is not super cheap, but for the quality of food completely in order. the location is also very modern and comfortable.
