We were soooo happy to come across a place with vegan almuerzos in Ecuador. (She has some vege desserts that aren’t vegan but most things seemed to be vegan . The food is great $3.50 will get you a soup with usually potatoes and veggies and beans/lentils (very low salt!!! and a plate with rice, veggies and a main that changes (lentils, beans, Seitan steak, a carrot and other veggie pakora etc .
