"During our stay at the “Parador de Cuenca”, we always went to the Parador restaurant for dinner. We can say that the staff very attentive and friendly, if you ask, they will advise and advise on the food (quantity, ingredients, preparation). The number of dishes is sufficient and they are elaborate. Also the environment is very good. The scenery, especially at night, is spectacular. Food and service very good.
