Cuero Pecan House Cafe

What Diane Cheatham likes about Cuero Pecan House Cafe:
I drive back and forth through Cuero, and I’m glad I stopped here. Had a tuna salad sandwich and 2 of their packaged cookies that were for sale on the counter. The sandwich was GREAT! Reasonably priced. The cookies were better than I expected. The facility seems clean, and the service is friendly. I love “hometown” diners. I’ll be stopping in again! View all feedback.

Great food, but it’s impossible to get ahold of them at lunch. Me and my friends all have the same issue. If you Order literally an hour before you want your food you cannot call in at lunch. They disconnect the phone or something so you can’t even get a ring when you call. I even hear that they purposefully don’t answer the phones.
