Excellent BBQ, fantastic brisket, cut with a fork and melt in your mouth with their great BBQ sauce...missed rib Saturday, but looking forward to that in the future. Sides are great as well. What JL doesn't like about Hwy 50 Bbq:
I have given this place a chance many times, it is very inconsistent. Early on, it was great, now, its hit and miss. The ribs and brisket were usually good, the sides are usually not. The pulled pork has no smoke, just like it was done in a pressure cooker. The chicken is okay. If you are hungry, it will do, otherwise go somewhere else. I have said it before, but now its official.
