What Dedra Gow likes about Kfc:
I was recently stranded with 3 horses in Cullman. I couldn't fit in the drive through with my trailer and the lobby was closed for staffing issues caused by the storm. Not only did the manager Dwayne let me in and serve me. He carried buckets of water to my horses in the trailer to keep them safe. Employees like this are hard to come by. Thank you KFC and thank you Dwayne. View all feedback.

What JNL Reynolds doesn't like about Kfc:
Drive thru, was rushed to order something I really didn't want, then ordered extra sides which they did not give us, and ordered 6 extra biscuits only got 5 of them. Was not happy last 2 times there will not be going back. View all feedback.
