Food was hot, fresh, as well as made correctly. The staff was friendly and did not make you fell rushed. Even though it's a fast food place. Will eat at that one over and over View all feedback.

Had to remind her to finish my order and I had to ask for utensils. I only applied for a cheeseburger with catchup and tomatoes. I have a bungalow with only catchup and tomatoes. No meat or cheese. View all feedback.

Burn holes in the bed width of the second non-smoking room. The first room had a little mold and smells pretty chic.

"I hate writing bad reviews but after my 2nd bad experience I think it’s appropriate. 1st bad experience I called in an order and one of the items was a taco salad when we arrived home 20 minute drive from restaurant to find my taco salad was in tin foil and so small of contents also with out the shell. Paid full price should have gotten what we ordered or at least an explanation if they were out of shells. I waited months and decided to order again and once again I ordered a taco salad. This time it was in a shell but the only thing in it was tomato, lettuce and chicken. No sour cream, no melted cheese, no refried beans, no explanation of why these items was missing but it did have about an half inch of water in the bottom of the shell and again I paid a full price. I’m saddened that you don’t get what you thought you paid for. Their food is fantastic when you get what you paid for and the staff are always nice. I guess if I decide to order from there again. I will have to start checking my orders before leaving the restaurant like we have to with fast food restaurants."

"The worst experience at any Cracker Barrel...ever. we were seated immediately and the server was pleasant. We waited on turkey and dressing (Thursday special) and a sampler of bacon, ham and sausage with 2 eggs and a stack of pancakes. The turkey and dressing was terrible and there were no pancakes. All of this and there was well over an hour wait for the food. We were in the middle of a round trip to/from Birmingham and really tired we still had about 1 1/2 hours ahead of us. We will not be stopping at that location again."
