Love it! Very fresh ingredients! It's different from your average pizza place... that's the legit stuff. I love a good gourmet pizza so I was excited to see that this place comes in Mae's Food Hall!
The first visit today was great! White pizza with pancetta and olives. Oh, my! The cheese and olive oil base were excellent! The pancetta and the olives just added the right balance of fat and acidity. The crust was one of the best flavors I had. Smoky, but not too much... light and airy, but considerable enough. I'll be back soon!
Loves the red pizza with Italian sauce! Very recommended!
My daughter and I are huge fans! Your prosciutto e burrata is my fave and she LOVES the pepperoni pizza. We are regulars<3
