Just want to say a huge thank you to the staff member here who helped my wife out when she wasn't allowed inside with our dog. The staff member noticed her trying to queue, took her order and bought the coffee out to her at our car all free of charge! This was a lovely, helpful gesture to an otherwise traffic jammed journey. What Harry doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
Tried to get click and collect here, waited for 10 mins and went to the till been told the order hasn’t gone through. Asked one of the staff for a reason he said he got no clue. Tried again and waited another 10 mins, still nothing waiting for me at the till and another staff told me c&c never works here. That’s half hour wasted and I left without anything in my hand.
