Valentines Day you expect to be crowded, but Ugo was totally unprepared. Not enough wait staff. They were seating people who didn’t have reservations. The food took over an HOUR!! They gave a lame excuse of 1chef being out. Doesn’t explain the rest of the place being under staffed. We had to get the manager. Manager should’ve come to our table to apologize. The salmon was very good. The 8ounce filet was very good for 50% off on Monday night but might be over-priced at regular price.

"My go to for a quick healthy meal. Good amount of protein in the bowls and very tasty. Recommend the Bulgogi, spicy chicken LA Galbi. Sometimes I will get it without the rice and more veggies instead depending on my carb goals for the day. Absolutely recommend!"
