Stopped by this morning and it was a awful experience. First, when I was trying to order the staff were talking and laughing so loud over the intercom I couldn 't hear anything and they couldn 't hear me. When I got to the window I redeemed an offer on my app for a $3 latte. The employee that rang me out said that just gave you points, it doesn 't change the price of the coffee .
