Unfortunately the cashier was more interested in her cell phone than customer service. We have been going here for years but won’t be after today. The one flavor was inedible. When I went in to report it just to warn them, the cashier brushed me off did not offer me a different flavor. I left feeling disheartened and with an empty stomach. Go to Caffe 101 instead. More treats than we expected to walk into. Pastries, coffees, teas, macaroons, baked goods, and ice cream galore!

If I could give zero stars I would. The workers are very rude and seem bothered and inconvenience by anything you ask them. I didn’t want caramel syrup all inside my cup, I asked for a new one, the worker said it’s already in the cup, like what? You can’t grab a new cup? Very poor work ethic.
