Tropical Smoothie Cafe

What Ben Kelley doesn't like about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
I want to preface this by saying I love the food at tropical smoothie. However, this particular restaurant has horrendous service. Three separate times, I have had terrible experiences. Once, I was handed food and sat waiting for 5-10 minutes for the smoothies. They did not get made until I asked where they were and was told they forgot.
