edit: many thanks for their answer. I appreciate her offer. it would be good to warn customers about it, re: the matcha. because it is very different than most barista made matcha lattes. that would most likely manage expectations. that is strictly for the coffee-bar, takeaway. a matcha-Latte ordered. tastes like unsweet dirty grass water.
