What User doesn't like about Apu Koricancha:
Sorry but I had better cuy in Arequipa (fried). Maybe I was unlucky or it was bad timing (4pm) but the food was not good. The skin either flummy elastic or hard as stone. The meat was fine, the filling had a taste I personally didn't like. Locals were there and seemed to enjoy it. So if you want to go for the local experience, give it a try.
