Helarte - Cusco

What User likes about Helarte:
I came here three times, twice for ice cream and once for cake. They don't produce italian style gelato, so don't come with that expectation, but their ice cream flavours were the best I had in Peru. I love tres-leches cake and theirs was amazing! Their service can be a bit disorganised and slow though. View all feedback.
