As others have said, on Avenida del Sol right off Plaza de Armas, very central yet a very reasonable price,. We had the best empanada I have ever had, put straight in the oven specially for us from dough waiting in the fridge.Super modest little place, actually extremely easy to miss - at first we walked by - since there is a completely separate travel business that is the one directly off the street. This place was recommended to use excellent Quilabamba coffee... the machine was automatic and the coffee fair. But there was a nice hit of caffeine.
