Excellent food and excellent service! Would recommend this place to everyone!

Great Mexican food. Especially the Chipotle Salsa liked. Very recommended to come here for a meal when you are in Custer. Must get the sopapilla. Muy bien!

(FYI, born and raised Californian speaking here)... seriously authentic and so so good. It's hard to imagine a little spot in Custer SD can rival the restaurants I grew up with, but Maria's does. Homemade corn tortillas, tamales, etc. Don't let the location confuse you into skipping it. The red food truck serves burritos and such in the summer, but the full restaurant is located in the VFW basement (right next to the red food truck). Love everything on the menu! Well done!

This place is my favorite!! I've eaten here for a long time and never get tired of it! I love her rice, and I love her hot green guacamole salsa! I also love that it is authentic! You have fantastic service, great food and a great owner. If you like Authentic Mexican Food, this is the place to go, there is nothing like it. You have a wide selection of foods and they serve you free chips, salsa and beans before your meal! You have great prices and you can also call to go on an order. I recommend this restaurant!

So happy to have them in Hill City. Hubby says the best Mexican food!! I agree. If you're hungry for Mexican food, you have to eat here!
