We've been to this location many times and the service is usually atrocious. We only keep coming back because we live 5 minutes away and love BWW. Today our visit was delightful, we had a very attentive and super nice server named Chris(? . He kept checking on us making sure we didn't need anything else. I ordered delivery and they didn’t put celery or blue cheese. The wings barely had sauce. The wings were Cold and took 1 hour and longer to get there. I called the restaurant now and they said nothing they can do….. horrible lazy service. They said nothing they can do since celery and sauce come with the order? Then why wasnt it there? read more.
