Chowder House is an interesting place. The food is excellent, but you must feel at the hipster-ish to enjoy it. Let's get the evil out.

"I have been going here for many years now. They have a great draft selection, the bar is nice and not normally overly loud (except for during events, which is to be expected), and the staff is very knowledgeable about beer. I would recommend to anyone that has not been here to check this place out. Note: they are no longer selling carry out beer. They have gotten out of the retail game."

The Diamond Deli called me to tell me they were out of my side, in the middle of their lunch rush with people lined up out the door they took the time to do this. Just earned a customer for life."

"I 've been to this location several times, good food, no issues. Today I ordered food to be delivered to my fiancé at work and when he got it (bag was sealed) he opened it up, dumped his food out and with it fell a dead cockroach. When I called the store to report the problem the person that answered said I 'm sorry, that 's gross. They didn 't get the manager, didn 't offer to remake my food, nothing. I 'm not sure what the protocol is when someone calls with something like that but I can 't imagine that is it. I 'm not the kind of person to normally take to reviews like this because I 'm sure that it was not an issue with the store but probably rather the manufacturer of the bags, but nonetheless, I would have expected something more than sorry, that 's gross."
