"I wish I could give this place a 0! that was my first time when I tried freebirds and the experience was very depressing. the part of the food was terrible. not even a complete tablespoon of mais. the workers deliberately gave as small and possible and the taste was moderate. When you ask for something more, it was not welcomed. I would have enjoyed it better if I had enough queso on my chips or even a larger cup of water. the water cup was the size of a baby cup. not to mention the water was the most pleasant part of this experience. I do not recommend this place. this franchise must be completed away; honestly. their customers pay $10 for what should be 3 $5."

"Good place for a quick bite. The line can sometimes be long, mostly around lunch, but the staff keeps it flowing pretty fast. Salad bar is usually in stock and fresh! Looks like other Jason's Deli locations. My favorite items to order here are the Spinat Veggie Wrap and Zucchini Grillini, although the salad bar and the build-your-own sandwich options are always fun when you feel creative!"

"This place is a solid 3 but I made it 4 for the service. The gentleman who served us was very warm and friendly. He offered salad ? without asking and when our cauliflower Manchurian order went wrong (it had way too much salt) he investigated and apologised as they had marinated it incorrectly and got us samosas on the house. I appreciated his approach and specially that he accepted what we mentioned as often times restaurants just brush it off and make it look like it’s our fault and not a deficiency at their end. The lady who was serving us was also very warm and attentive. I enjoyed the overall experience they make up for their sub par food with exceptional service. Another opportunity is for clean restrooms."

"Solid good. Right in the sweet spot between firm and fall off the bone. Pleasing rub, simple but tasty, wonderful smoke flavor. Got rib special, 3 2 sides. More than ebough for lunch. Corn was not real spicy, but creamed consistency was delightful. Beans a touch al dente, but seasoned well. I put a little bbq sauce in them also. BTW, if you're a sauce person, you will like this. Definitely a step up from commercial stuff. Overall, great value."
