"The location is so beautiful! But I chose Turkish dinner from the Christmas menu that was a disappointment. Vegetables were boiled and barely warm, Turkey tasted old/stale and the dressage was dry without engraving on it. We asked for extra gravity and they were very accommodating. I rarely give a bad assessment, but I'm sorry that this food experience would have been much better."

"Whenever i work in medicine hat...i make it a point to go to Mikes Meats and grab some of thier jerky.Imagine my dissapointment when i went down and asked for some jerky.....and they are sold out.I was heartbroken. Its basically the only reason i come to med hat.Today while at a customers...i told them my story....she said 'you gotta go to Regs.. '!!So...detour to Regs deli......and i am not dissapionted what so ever...two bags of jerky...and i even got a complimentary bag of pepperoni sticks.I am in absolute heaven. Flavourful, does not taste like cardboard.I am going back tomorrow to place a BIG order to take home to Calgary!!!Keep up thw GREAT work Regs...to me you have de-throwned Mikes Meats!!!"

"Horrible service. Our server had to be prompted to even bring water. Got my father-in-law’s order wrong, but he was too nice to say anything. Got my order completely wrong, then tried to talk me into just taking what they brought me rather than getting me what I had ordered originally. Just an all around terrible experience. Update: made a return trip because the management assured me they addressed these matters with their staff. Obviously they didn’t. Server rolled their eyes at requests, were rude and abrupt with guests, and I had to change seats twice to suit the server (Desiree). Staff attempted to bully and pressure us into ordering prior to all guests arriving. This place has gone way downhill in the past couple of years, clearly. Steer clear of this place for something more polite and civilized if you can."
