$1 Fee for using a credit card! The bartender said it was on the wall but she said $7.75 for my hazy IPA. Once I saw it was $8.75 on my receipt, I asked about it and she said look at the wall. From where I was seated, with the dim lights, I couldn't even see the sign.It was my first time there and the bartender didn't mention the $1 credit card fee before charging me. Although she offered to give me a dollar back, I said it's fine and just left after closing out my beer tab.You need to let your customers know any time there are fees. A laminated piece of paper on your wall is not obvious enough in a dimly lit bar. Put those signs all over the bar, on tables, and train your staff to notify customers about the fee!.
