Great El Pollo Loco place in Cypress. Great customer services unlike those in La Palma and Valley View that have never responded to my problems and have not yet been able to refund my canceled apps order before a seller. I would still get food from Cypress and other places, except the LA palma Valley view industry View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
No one at the orderer. Once the bell. The chopper came by and told me I had to wait 15 minutes or leave. I just looked at my phone, didn't bother anyone, and he felt necessary to come and gave me a lecture in a very rude attitude. Maybe next time I should follow his unkind advice and go somewhere else. The service was fast, friendly and tasty.
They messed up my order I tried to call Them and no one answers. I asked for rice and beans as a side for my two family meals and they gave me just beans.
