What User doesn't like about Phu Dong:
At normal dinner times (6pm) I entered this completely empty restaurant. The waiters were busy with their phones and didn't notice me until the dog there started barking at me. The waiter who spoke English came to me. I asked if they had something quick he said no everything slow. I asked if they had fried rice, he said they had.
