What Espinosa Brian doesn't like about Restaurant du Chateau:
For cooking sauce not related the cooks will understand and I ate a Munster cordon bleu which was really a shame is that the cordon bleu and in the sauce so the crust of the cordon bleu was crispier it would be good to master the sauce appart would be more judicious to keep the crispy side that we don't like at cordon bleu otherwise the service was lacking just that the waitresses are getting ready a little. We enjoyed the meal, it was very good and well served. The restaurant room is tastefully furnished, but the atmosphere was noisy, which is a shame.
