"Visited Zaza in Berkhamsted for the first time tonight. I went in earlier in the day and booked a table for dinner for 6pm Saturday night. When we went back at 6pm we were shown to our table upstairs we didn’t know there was an upstairs. Both downstairs and upstairs are very nice. We loved everything about this restaurant. The staff were all amazing every one of them. All very attentive and polite and helpful. This is now our favourite restaurant not sure why we had not tried it earlier! It is clearly very busy all the time and you need to book. The food was amazing. We tried various foods and everything was fantastic. The kids menu is great and big portions so my kids were very happy. Loved all the starters, mains and desserts. I loved my goats cheese starter and my prawn and salmon pasta. The affogatto for dessert was so good. No negatives at all. Will definitely be going back with more family members soon."

"The coffee and one of the cakes were fine but the millionaires shortbread was so hard it was inedible. Whilst it's great you have some tables down a steep hill this isn't ideal for people who can't manage this, could you put a few tables near the exit/chickens?"

"Amazing small coffee shop like home with a cozy and cozy old fashion feeling; you will find a large selection of delicious cakes and the best coffee from a professional brand! the owner has a professional bike background and 'the hub' is decorated with bicycle memorabilia that gives him a quirky touch. the friendly staff is trained baristas and is cordial and welcoming for all. this is a one stop coffee shop, so they come and give it a try, they will be pleasantly surprised! "This was first time trying this place and I am very impressed. The pizza was italian style (thin crust), had fresh ingredients and the customer service was great. I had the open to get it delivered to my house but I chose to pick it up instead. The restaurant is closed due to COVID-19 but it looks very hygienic and modern. I definitely recommend you trying this place. They are also on Just Eat!!"

"Lovely hidden jem and so happy it's local : amazing customer service. Been for brunch after times and never disappointed. The cafe is clean, the ladies are friendly- even the chef has time to pop out and have a chat : Food was delicious and fresh and portions are generous. Will definitely be popping in again.
