I really hope this reaches Dan or Daniels manager, I spilt my coffee all over myself and he was the most attentive worker Iv ever come across in Costa across the country. He came and changed my chair offered help and also offered a replacement for the one I had spilt. It made my quite embarrassing experience a not so embarrassing one and he made my day. What a dreadful experience we had here on a Sunday morning. Staff didn’t know what products they had and the service was awful. Not surprised the place was empty it’s usually rammed. View all feedback.
