Firehouse Subs - Dacula

Fast and fresh (except a part of the truthahns on my sandwich is hard). the türkei cranberry sub strikes publix's version. so good my man had to come back tonight after I stopped here for the first time in the old one yesterday.

The service is always excellent, with friendly staff and a consistently clean environment.

I love Firehouse Subs. I personally believe they have some of the most delicious sub sandwiches around. The restaurant has limited seating, but I am not a fan of the drink machine that everyone has to use to get a drink. I appreciate the variety of drink options, but I dislike the fact that everyone has to touch the machine.

The staff working last evening (1/21) at this restaurant were fantastic. They were beautiful, friendly, and funny. Although they forgot to make one of our orders and burned the grilled cheese sandwich to a crisp, they were apologetic and friendly when we informed them about the issues. They handled the problems without any fuss or complaints. I usually hesitate to complain about my meal, but they had no issue helping us out. Every customer service experience should be like this. Kudos to the management for hiring such a great crew! We will definitely be coming back here more often. Thank you!
