The food was hot and ready as usual. The wings were super delicate. Open our pizza and instead of cutting it looked like a pentagram was carved in it. My wife looked at it and noticed someone was crazy, I told her, probably because they found out after their student loans are awarded, their still working in Little Ceasars View all feedback.

Terrible sllloooowww service and no reason because there are no other customers here? Order online at 5:44 for ready at 6:07-6:12. I got the finished email at 6:15, got my only pizza at 6:30. I would have gone, but already paid online and actually wanted to see how long this would take. Next time. View all feedback.
I worked at this point when it first opened in 2009 and today I felt quite nostalgic and decided to satisfy my desire for pizza and Italian cheesecake. There was a car waiting in the drive thru when I arrived and I had ordered through the app to make it ready in the pizza portal. I arrived before the time when my pizza was ready and was greeted and helped by two young employees. I understand that since the pandemic, many restaurants that 'Building to' guides from recent years are making sales records now everything to order to prevent waste or customer complaints, but you are a lot of customers who do not understand this concept and so complain for long waiting periods. I explained Brooke, one of the employees who helped me work there earlier and understood the waiting time and had to thank her for giving me the order. I am glad to see that the store is still well under the new property, and I believe that Brooke deserves to be recognized for great customer service (and possibly an increase). I will make sure that I stop for my ICB fix more and more frequently.
I accidentally ordered from this location(usually go to Hamilton mill) This is the slowest, most disorganized place in the world. I arrived to pick up my online order, which is supposed to be pretty seamless since they now have the pizza ovens. It was not because the exterior door was locked and I along with several other confused customers were outside looking in. Even more ridiculous, is the fact that the employees actually look at your confusion through the glass as you tug on the door! If i hadn't paid online, i would have just left.. I then went to the drive thru, and was given a cold pizza after 10 additional minutes of waiting. Needless to say, I will not be back. Hot and ready? Not that day...sheesh.
I?ve lived in the Dacula area for many years my kids love the cheesy bread from this Little Caesars but every time without fail there is some incident here. I?m very patient this is probably the fourth experience, almost textbook, that I?ve had here. As I write this there are 4 families inside 5 cars in the drive thru. It seems they just don?t have enough personnel or don?t care about there customers experience. Last time I was here it was 40 minutes for a cheese pizza at present I?m 2nd in line we?ve been here for 25 minutes the truck in front has there engine turned off. If I could get out of line I would be unfortunately I?m stuck. This is a little ridiculous to say the least. To the owner of the franchise can we please get something done ? If you want some help on process flow, analytics, demand analysis I?ll help being serious. But please get this streamlined.

The first time the food was brilliant, the staff were friendly, the food was ready in time, the front area was dirty and deorganized. But I will return. Thanks to the people who still want to work!
