"Some staffs on the frontline(cashier) are too slow, they seems like they don't know their tasks and still need to asked to their colleagues, thus making the service slower. 2 Touchscreen provided on the kiosk for ordering to make the flow faster, are rarely used. Need refresher training for the staffs"

"It's our family's favorite restaurant in Lingayen... thou' this afternoon there were only 3 to 4 staffs available at the place maybe because of the pandemic the business went slow that's why the service was kinda slow because of lack of staff... It's understandable. We'll still be coming back..must try is the crispy hito binagoongan!! Sisig and pigarpigar all tasty,!"

"Service crews are clumsy, rude and sarcastic. Cashier tricks customers that no PM1 meal is available so that customers will order PM2. Serves cold sad PM2. Very slow responses to assistance requests. Very chaotic branch. Manager does not care about customer escalations. Worst MI branch"
