"Some staffs on the frontline(cashier) are too slow, they seems like they don't know their tasks and still need to asked to their colleagues, thus making the service slower. 2 Touchscreen provided on the kiosk for ordering to make the flow faster, are rarely used. "Place is a bit chaotic, obviously they crammed up as many tables and chairs there. Piece of advice if your planning to go lunch come at 2pm to avoid the peak times. Also they have only sharing toilet."
