Tried this place for the first time and the food was subpar, thought it was because it was the end of the day and we’d give them another chance but after reading the reviews, I think we’re going to pass. Apparently being served dry possibly old food is common here so we’ll save our hard earned money and go elsewhere. Food is ridiculously expensive here anyway. Food: 1

I usually go to this place but after today not anymore. My wife and I ordered the Tropical smoothie which only contains as written pineapple, papaya, coconut and mango. It took over 15 minutes for them to make it. We then received the smoothies and my wife took a sip and immediately started having an allergic reaction. They put strawberries in there My wife is allergic to berries. Which was not listed on ANY of the ingredients. I asked them why they didn't list it or tell me they were going to add any extra ingredients. They said because their new mix had strawberries instead of coconut. The female employee/owner just shrugged off what I had to say and left. I ended up having to take my wife to the ER because of her allergic reaction. Poor costumer service. Don't go here.
