Burger King - Dallas

A star to post this. I'm a delivery driver and the service I received here was ridiculous. the manager and the staff were very rude from no apparent reason. if they cannot find good employees, only close the facility, the staff here today 6/27/22 including the manager must be fired or withdrawn. it's clear they didn't want to be there. the service beyond the poor

Had lunch today here and the crew turned on the TV to some kind of rap music station. The music had some of the most vulgar language and very loud to say the least. I am just glad my wife and I were the only ones eating in their dining room. If this the way all customers are treated this establishment would be best just shut down. Also both rest rooms were out of order.

The person who took my order, went and sat at a table with a friend, the only guy who was preparing the food,did so with the same gloves he was mopping the floor with, neither the men's or women's bathroom lights worked,was told the bathrooms were functional just not the lights. After waiting over 15 minutes for my 4 cheese burgers,and having to ask for my order, which had been ready for over 10 minutes I was told to calm down. Not sure who owns this franchise but it has to be some type of a front. Never go back again. And by the way who the Hell would rate this place with 5 stars? The owner?

Horrible!! Do NOT go here. The drive thru is incompetent. 3 people just left the line after waiting 15-20 minutes. Orders are incorrect, cold, terribly slow. No receipt so we can't prove anything. We got food poisoning from bad ice. The machine has probably never been cleaned.

Showed up for a late lunch around 3:30pm yesterday. There was a whole line of people waiting in the drive thru being ignored. Decided to get out of my car, only to find the door locked. I could see the employees inside sitting around eating and ignoring both the drive thru and my knocks at the door. Must be nice to get paid to sit around eating and refusing to work. Way to set things back for all the fast food employees fighting for a living wage ? I wonder how Burger King corporate would feel about a franchise just deciding to close itself to get paid to do nothing? Absolutely inexcusable
