The breakfast buffet at Centennial Cafe is great. They have a huge variety of options for breakfast. They have omlets, pancakea, waffles, french toaat, fruit, pastries, bacon, sausage, potatoes, watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, croissants, bananas, oatmeal. We stopped here to enjoy a simple lunch. My friend had the salmon and I had the blackened fish tacos. My friend lives on the risky side and enjoys her salmon medium rare, they over cooked it, but it was good nonetheless. As for my tacos, the fish was cooked well, but was underseasoned.
