Dodie's was even better that I expected. My personal favorite was the Seafood Gumbo. The atmosphere is casual and authentic, reminded me of home in Louisiana. I would recommend this place to anyone that's craving Cajun yumminess. View all feedback.
What Tim doesn't like about Dodie's New Orleans Seafood:
You would be better off getting a box of Zataran's and cooking at home. Flavorless rice with a few pieces of unidentifiable meat and indifferent service. Never Again. View all feedback.

You'd be better off grabbing a box of Zatarain's and cooking at home. The rice was bland, there were just a few pieces of unidentifiable meat, and the service was lackluster. I won't be returning.
People dine here mainly because of its location on Lower Greenville. If they were looking for quality food, they would choose The Alligator Cafe instead.
I don’t have any significant complaints about the service or food at Dodie’s. However, I have to admit that Nate’s in Addison is superior. Their service feels more personal, and the food tastes much fresher. If you’re not able to make the trip up north, Dodie’s is a decent alternative.
