Hands down the most deductible Empeñadas in Dallas! Delicate pastry fried to perfection and the ingredients are plentiful and delicious. They have seasonal Specials too. I got the Pumpkin and Hawaiians with ham, pineapple, and mozzarella! Mouth wateringly delicious. I have enjoyed coming here, over the last 5 years. This was the 1st place the cappuccino tasted like it did when I was living in Italy. Service has always been great. I go to different coffee shops for the experience. I used to enjoy the experience here, but the atmosphere has changed. I had to ask for a plate for my empanda. It was put in a bag. This gem in Bishop Arts District is a must when I'm in the area. You can't go wrong with any choice off the menu
Love the empanadas and every coffee drink I have been served. Owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating. I am not a Starbucks fan, and Espumosa is a great non-chain establishment.
Great little inexpensive and cozy cafe. I had a wonderful Cafe con Leche and delicious beef empanada. I wish it was located in Tucson, where we live. I'll always remember Cafe Espumoso fondly!
